What ya need for a jolly good time matey!
2 tsp Cap'n Jack Jolly Roger Tea
4 oz simple syrup
4 oz - or more Coconut Rum
Splash pineapple juice
2 Tbl Shredded Coconut
2 Tbl Sugar in the Raw
This fun and tropical cocktail starts with steeping 2 tsp Cap’n Jack Sparrow’s Jolly Roger Tea in 4 oz boiling water for 10 - 12 mins. Of course you can half this, but it tastes so good you will want the larger one! Allow the tea to cool. Add in 2oz simple syrup, 2 oz of your favorite coconut rum and a splash of pineapple juice. Shake well. Pour over lots of ice and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.
I also like to rim the glass with toasted coconut. Simply toast some coconut allow it to cool then mix equal parts coconut and sugar ion the raw. Dip the edges of your glass in rum and then into the coconut sugar mix. - Yum!
